Month-end deadlines huhu!

It would be nice to have at least one month-end deadlines in a year to be skipped haha! Just a wishful thinking :)

@Raizki15 s I know the management are same like this everywhere.. fail to appreciate and ready to point mistakes.. but we have to accept the fact that they pay us for our work and we can't expect any kindness from such people.. there are still good people who gives credits to our work, rare to find..

I always do but you know sometimes the management notice more on your mistakes and not on the good deeds haha! And i don't feel good about it
