Hiding Out

I went to North Carolina to my granddaughters wedding, through fog and snow but I'm going to wait to go back! I came a couple days early but planned a week with my sisters at Myrtle Beach which was moderately warm but very cold mornings!
Now that I'm at my daughters, I'm going to hide out until the sub zero weather subsides in Ohio!
How is your local weather?

Really? That is a surprise! When I was in Florida I did love January when I could comfortably wear a sweater. (and enjoy not being in the frozen north)

Its been cold here in Southwestern Ontario too.
Tonight is supposed to be the worst of it, they have a lot of warning for frostbite for humans, the homeless and for our pets.
But they have made the claim that "this" night will be the coldest, and then a few days later they say it again.
By the weekend it should be above freezing. Or so they say now......

off/on here. upper 50's to low 70's one day, barely makin' 30 the next 'n cold winds that jest bite'cha. so relieved yer stayin' put 'til the weather clears!

@crazyhorseladycx I decided to cut the pills I had left in half and wing it. half is better than nothing. I think I can safely get home on Sunday so I'm good.

I'm so glad I can, but I have a limited supply of one of my meds so will have to address that. Very happy I brought all I had with me, I have a three month supply of the rest of them! My son picked up my 3 month supply in Dayton of the script after I left. Pharmacy won't fill it early even when there is a good reason. Should have had it transferred here, but wasn't expecting to stay so long.

I love California, my birth state and home state until I was an adult although a bit farther north, I spent a lot of time in Southern California because my grandparents owned a home in Venice.
