These days when it is always gloomy, there are times of the day usually in the afternoon that I feel so bored.
I go away from the computer; watch television, but the feeling always come. It seems I wanted to push the hours and be night again. Also felt that I am getting so much sleep now unlike in the past when I do not take afternoon naps.
Do you also feel boredom?

I also feel that especially on a Saturday afternoon. I fought it off by going back to school and finished my masters at the age of 56 that made me busy on weekends because the classes I attended are on Saturdays. I am at school as early as 8 in the morning and 8 at night with long breaks which I spend with yuppies and millenials l, when I finished school and feeling of boredom strikes again I would just go to the mall. If budget allows I might proceed for a doctorate degree . An old maid's travail hahha

Yes, sometimes it is hard not to feel bored, though there is always anything else to do, what about cleaning the house? lol.

Sometimes I feel so lazy to do anything though there are lots of things to do inside and outside the house.

@acelawrites Yeah, in fact I was kidding lol. I guess when being bored that is the last thing one thinks of doing at home lol.

I rarely get the feeling for the last couple of years but whenever I feel the need to take sometime off and rest I usually just stay in bed and binge watch. Sometimes, I listen to music for hours and make something new(food to eat) in the kitchen.

It is good you can overcome boredom by doing a lot of things.

@acelawrites There are things that I do not particularly like to do, but I do, because they must be done.

Well, there are so many ways to fight boredom. Here are some - - -
1. Go to the mall.
2. Do some workout/exercise
3. Cook your favorite food
4. Last but not the least - - Make Love!
During my days off, I keep myself busy. I draw and paint most of the time. Here is my latest painting.

It happens to me too, especially in the afternoon! I have so many things to do but is so sad or not inspired to do anything.
