America is fat. This is why.

KFC is no newcomer to fattening foods. A few years ago they made a sandwich called the double down which was fried chicken with a sandwich made inside of it. It probably caused heart attacks just by looking at it.
Well, they've done it again with the Cheeto stuffed chicken sandwich. While this one features actual bread to hold the sandwich in, it does have extra crispy chicken and Cheetos inside of it.
I'm not a huge fan of Cheetos so this isn't really up my ally, but I'm sure there are plenty of people that would enjoy it. Are you one of them?

What happened to just old fashioned burgers and chicken sandwiches with the familiar condiments and extras? Everything has to be "souped" up and double injected with even more fat content.

@thislittlepennyearns It's like they're trying to kill us, using our own mouth!

Because people are fat. I do prefer our crispy chickens with just mayo lettuce and tomatos at work.

I like Cheetos (though they aren't on my diet anymore) and KFC....I wouldn't want them together though!

I Love Cheetos from time to time, but to me, this sounds grouse. Sometimes I think these places Love to reach for something different just to draw in a new audience

No, I would not like this sandwich!
Yes, America is fat. There are many reasons but I think your example of this sandwich is definitely one of them although not the sandwich itself. If a person like this abomination it's likely that they will buy it 2-3 times a week or even more often. Having something like this every few months would not hurt much but people tend to go overboard!

Well, I think you took It too far.
I'm sure there is something you eat that isn't healthy.

@thislittlepennyearns Of course I eat unhealthy things. I love KFC but only have it a couple times a year. I rarely eat away from home, it's a rare treat. However, I see a lot of people here in my apartment complex bringing home sacks from fast food places every evening. And they aren't in very good shape. I'm not, either, but I'm trying to reverse decades of unhealthy eating while they have a chance to stop before so much damage is done. So I get a little over the top sometimes on this subject.

@dragon54u It's none of your business what other people eat. I could care less if you want to stuff your face with cheesecake or with kale. Do whatever you want. I hate when people tell me I eat unhealthy. You only live once, life might as well taste good.

m not a fan of Cheetos. Unless we put them in a "brick" which is a totally different kind of unhealthy.

In my opinion when people do something in excess that might going to end with negative results. So we are all aware that KFC's food isn't rich in healthy menu, so we gotta eat it every now and then. Fast food franchises should not be blamed for people's obesity, but themselves. By the way I would eat the new Cheeto Stuffed Chicken sandwich, for sure! lol

So many different restaurants trying to one up one another with worse and worse foodstuffs.
Nah, I don't think so. I'll just stick with the regular chicken.

I avoid KFC. It's not tasty, nor healthy.

You can't tell me honestly that every single thing you eat is healthy for you.

@thislittlepennyearns Oh, no, I'd never claim that! I'd say I eat relatively healthy, but when I don't, it's just not KFC.

I don't think bbq sauce really spices anything up.

I find KFC's chicken a bit salty. I prefer the gravy of the competitor.

@porwest Haven't had those 2 brands you mentioned. Not available in my region. McDonald's chicken is also a bit salty.

@florelway In the United States, McDonald's sells chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets, but does not sell fried chicken. Lee's a regional chain in the Midwest United States, and I am not sure what Popeye's presence is overseas.

Anything fried really isn't good for us. Once in awhile isn't too bad though. This sounds so gross though it looks like someone drunk created it [em]lol[/em. I doubt it will be a very big hit but who knows really what others will enjoy. I don't eat meat at all so I am not willing to try it.

Gone are the days when you could fit part of a burger or sandwich in your mouth. Nowadays you get a knife to cut it into bite-size chunks.

Now, now. Of COURSE none of these restaurants are the reason anyone is fat. It's big mouths and appetites that do that. I know where you were going, but of course I would interject with my two cents worth. lol.
As for that sandwich, I don't know if they still have it but I never tried it either way. When I go to KFC, which is not often, preferring Lee's and Popeyes over it, I go there for one thing and one thing only.
The bucket of fried chicken.

That's what we did for dinner last night.
We don't have a Popeye's here. We have a Zaxby's and KFC in town and they are building a Chik Fil A

@porwest I've had Chik Fil A before, it's just the first one we will have in town. Usually we have to drive to Fort Walton, or Destin to get it.
I haven't ever had Zaxby's, but Chris has and said it wasn't worth the price.

@thislittlepennyearns I had Zaxby's once and was like, okay...sure. lol. It wasn't bad but it also did not feel "unique" in any exciting way. I'd still have it again. You will like Chick-Fil-A.
