Today ... WOW

I woke up this morning to find that I had received a handful of responses to my discussion about mylot and meeting up. Today has been mostly dedicated to conversing with people on that discussion. So much so that I haven't done my usual "mythology wednesday" discussion. I probably will not do that one today at all. I was impressed about how many of you guys have responded to that.
I've also done laundry, made biscuits from scratch, fixed and ate dinner and did the dishes. I have managed to read a little bit inbetween all of that. Now I am watching youtube vlogs.
What are you up to tonight?

That mylot discussion I made exploded. I probably have even more comments to respond to today. I have about 34 notifications to go through. That will probably take me a couple of hours. I neglected to fold towels yesterday, so I need to do that sometime today. Unload the dishwasher. It's never ending. I am not sure how much I'll be online today.

@LadyDuck I enjoyed it, but yes it was a bit stressful. The responses keep pouring in. I think I'll be off of mylot for most of the day. I'll pop in every hours to try to keep up with all of the new comments and responses though.

@ScribbledAdNauseum People do not realize how stressing it is to respond to more than 50 comments.

I've been working on getting paperwork done for a class on getting out t of debt that is due tonight. I spent a few hours at my daughters, yesterday as her heat wasn't working right and she had three pets that the vet agreed to keep for them overnight. It turned out the thermostat needed a new battery, but they didn't find that out until later in the evening.

I am so glad it was just a battery. We had to pay the heating man to come out here at the beginning of Winter. Ours went out and it was around 30 degree temps outside. I think we ended up paying around $75.00, and I can't remember what was wrong. A switch or a coil or something.
I'm glad the vet kept the pets for her so that they wouldn't be subjected to that bitter cold.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Their furnace only went down to 52, but they didn't know at the time whether it would be fixed for the night or not, so better to plan ahead. They did have to pay something for each animal to stay there, but better than the possible alternative.

@celticeagle I keep amazon because I have prime. Of course that will run out, but I'll probably get the prime video every month, I think it's $10.00. I have a few movies I've bought on there.

I am probably going to watch a movie here in a minute. I have an amazon gift card and I think that any rental I make on amazon prime will go on the gift card.

@ScribbledAdNauseum More notifications would mean more money for you. Come on

@allknowing Of course, I know that, and the money would be very welcome. It just seems as if I've spent a lot of time on mylot and I wanted to take a few days away from it. You know that the quicker you can get to a comment the more likely a person is to keep conversing with you.

I am hoping it will slow down. I imagine it will eventually stop completely. I don't think I'll be on mylot much the beginning of February, so I hope I don't come back to a load of notifications from that discussion.

I saw Jurassic World on one of my streaming services. I thought I might watch it sometime soonish. Yeah, it was a discussion that popped into my head like five minutes before I turned off my laptop for the night.

I am constantly getting up to do things in spurts. I don't like doing everything all at once, cleaning included. I do a much poorer job if I do it that way.

@MommyOfEli2013 I have never really liked cleaning. I do the necessities in spurts, but every few months I usually do a thorough clean out of things. Throwing away things no longer needed, Dusting nooks and crannies I normally don't dust. Every once in awhile I get the gumption to rearrange things completely.

No, not at all. I'm trying to get my "time of the month" to be ONE time of the month. Instead of twice a month.

My hair is so long. I keep saying I'll get it cut but I haven't yet. It takes me so long to get it fully dry, not to mention brushed.

It was a great discussion and sparked a motor interest. It was even a suggested discussion by one of my friends and it was even the Top Rated Discussion. Way to go. Enjoy your evening.

I saw that it was the top rated. I didn't know people still used the suggestion feature. Wow, that's cool. Well the interaction helped boost my earnings which I was happy about. Especially as it seems the more I make, the more likely I'll use it to my credit card bill.

I have made a cake today, since my birthday is tomorrow. Washed my hair, dinner, and now I'm reading the discussions.
