Lemon is a good fruit that can help the body because it promote hydration, help in weight loss.Can ease digestion and even good breath. I take mine sometimes first thing in the morning as breakfast. Do you like lemon fruits

I like lemon in my water bottles. I like to buy lemon juice instead of the actual lemon to save money.
