Feeling a Bit Creative

I woke up this morning with a feeling of creativity running through my body. So, I will be spending part of my day sketching out a pattern or two for counted cross stitch. I haven't made any new patterns in a month or two and today feels like the right time to do so.
Since I am still supposed to be off my feet as much as possible I am glad to have the urge to design a few little patterns. I am not sure what I will come up with but at least it will be something.
Besides that I will be here off and on and of course putting some effort into write another chapter of my reluctant readers next little book. It seems to be going pretty good. I might event finish it by the end of February. Here's hoping.
It looks like my day is pretty well taken up with things to keep me busy. What does your day look like?

Creative days are very good. I miss creativity nowadays but I try to change and spend my time with creative duties.

Seriously, I'm just going to work for a few hours, then go spend my paycheck on my homeowner's insurance. If the weather pans out like they're forecasting (freezing rain overnight), I'll stay home and clean house tomorrow.

i admire ya fer bein' able to do yer own cross stitch patterns. dang, wish my hands 'd still cooperate fer doin' needle work 'f any sorts.
