It's not easy to maintain a diet and everytime I think after a point of time I tend to drop the idea which is not good.
Again I have started a new beginning towards it and I really hope I stick to it and will maintain it as well. Fingers crossed. And workout will begin once the temperature becomes a little warmer.
Are you able to maintain the diet for long time?

You know I am good when working out, I really love it, though whent it comes to doing diet, I am the worst. I can't force myself to stop eating some food, I like eating all kids of food.

I don't follow any diet plan. I have few mantras.
Eat healthy, small and frequent meals and be active. I sleep for good number of hours

Hope you will be able to stick to your goals, best of luck! I have stuck to mine for 30 days, even though I had a "cheat day" or two....I didn't give up.

When I was pregnant, I had to stop eating sugar because I developed gestational diabetes, and I think that was the only time I ever really put myself on a diet. And boy that was rough but nowadays, I don't really do diets myself, I cut out soft drinks and dessert, add some extra walking or run around extra long with my daughter and that's good enough for me.
