What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell!
I am going to make shrimp scampi which is a lovely combination of sauteed shrimp with garlic, white wine, and butter. I'm going to have it over zoodles (spiralized zucchini). No carbs for me tonight.
That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

We had veggie burger in foccasia that darling daughter made and yuka patties that hubby made. They turned out amazing. Definitely going to make foccasia more often for the burgers. Worked perfectly. The sad part is that no one had room for dessert... which was my contribution!
