@augusta123 No time for oversleeping. I feel sleepy in office at times so I said that way.

I'm someone who doesn't sleep a lot as I see that as a waste of time. I don't nap during the day because I feel that I've wasted too much time when I do. I don't get much sleep during the night and my Apple Watch tells me so too. So it's not how many hours I sleep actually that would be good for my body but how long do I get a deep sleep.

@augusta123 Yes, because it's when your body gets well rested. Have you ever noticed sleeping for 8 hours or even more but still woke up tired?
