in Chinese we say "sheng dan kuai le "
in Japaese people say "ha pi ku re su ma su",which is the Japanese way to speak English ,and if you want to express in traditional Japanese way you can say "o ku re su ma su o mei dei to go za i ma su" but it will be strange to Japanese . But if you want to say HAPPY NEW YEAR ,you can say :xin neng o mei de to go za i ma su ,and XIN NIAN KUAI LE in Chinese
