Why Many Americans Hate President Trump?

I may not agree with all this president is doing or saying; but his stance on illegal immigration is something that most American citizens should not take for granted. It would be stupid of me to believe that most people rejecting it REALLY mean it! It is their EXTREME HATRED of this president that they pretend not to consider illegal immigration a big problem of the USA.
If this president would have been a democrat, I am sure most of his policies including his stance against illegal immigration and his fight for a border wall would be highly appreciated/supported by all Trump-haters, Never-Trumpers, and Trump-hating MSM! Of course, it includes those Trump-haters in myLot. Too bad he is a Republican president.
Listening to his state of the union speech on TV, I can say he is a better speaker than Obama. A survey shows that 76% of Americans approve his immigration policy. I see no similarity between Obama and Trump. One is a meek lamb; the other a lion. One is a fighter; the other a nodder.
Anyway, I think an idiot can be a good president though. Most in Hollywood can be a good president. I say no more!

As far as Trump is concerned . . I think he is smart as a businessman. In politics, he is not that smart.

@antonbunot If cheating your partner and going bankrupt is called being a "smart businessman" well he is great. Trump’s Taj Mahal opened in April 1990 in Atlantic City, and six months later, “defaulted on interest payments to bondholders", that was only the beginning. It's easy to make money robbing from the rich.

Well, the title is appropriate because most Americans voted for Trump, while most who voted for Hillary are illegal immigrants! hahahaha

You bring up a great point that I have been making ever since all this hoopla over Trump and immigration got started and that is that; Before Trump was for illegal immigration, DEMOCRATS were for it. In fact, the democrats used to rail against republicans blaming them for wanting open borders for cheap labor.
But of course, many people fail miserably at history, and of course democrats really don't have any positions or beliefs of their own. They just follow the leader and do what they're told and believe in whatever the democrats feel like believing in on a particular day.
All I can say is that while Trump may not have had a popular personality, he certainly got the job done on many fronts, and America was better during Trump than during Obama, and certainly better than it is now during Biden.

I'm not american. But I just don't like his face. He looks evil and his face looks like he is mocking us. So I think he's not really a good person.

O, boy! He was handsome when he was young . . . Old age turned him ugly. Don't generalize . . . there are lots of not-so-good-looking (ugly . . LOL) people who are caring and humble - - but he is one of the worst as far as ego is concerned. I like his populist-stance though.

I'd love to know where you found that stats on that survey. You really don't know what the hell you're talking about. Party is not an issue here, except that one of the parties, not the Dems, has forgotten how the elements of power under the U.S. Constitution, (read it sometime), The Judicial, Legislative, and Executive branches of government are supposed to keep our government in balance. The Legislative Branch, until recently totally controlled by the GOP, relinquished their responsibility, to try to hang on to power.
I'm sure, when this is all over, it will be proven that far more members of the Republican party in government will be shown to have accepted money from Russian entities, or been compromised by other means, forced to do the bidding of the super rich instead of the constitution they were sworn to live under and protect.

Their hatred is getting so ugly. They are not aware that ugliness affects their faces, too. Not very entertaining.
