I’m sure some peopel hate list like a to do list. I write list because I need to get things don’t and when I don’t write them down itnjust doenst get done. So for me it’s breakknf bad habits but creating a new one that is better for me. I write down what I would like to get done in the house for the day. Like say I want to run the dishwasher, one load of laundry, fold it and put it away. I think of it as a not to do list but let’s try to get this done list. I also just focus on one area of the house instead of the whole house in one go. So breaking it down gives me more time to focus on that area.

I love making to-do lists. I have several whiteboards all built for different lists. I have a terrible short term memory so if I think to do something and I do not write it down it will never get done.

I write mine in a notebook and write down what I want to get done and cross it off.

I actually like making lists, and do so often.
Breaking chores down to one room at a time is a good idea.

Yes, it’s 3 floors to keep up with and 4 other people’s clothes it gets to be a lot. So I declutter and clean the room up a little each day. The house is slowly looking a 100% times better

I often write do-to lists. I think it is a good way to keep track of the things I need to do and the things I need to remember that day.

Yes, I always get more done with a list then withoutz I can see what I’ve dkne and still want to get done. I know I won’t be able to finish it all in one day but st least I can try.

What you are doing is really great !
You making a list on what you would like to do for a day makes you feel that you have accomplishes something in a day and there's that feeling of being more motivated to do a little bit more the next day or the coming weeks!
I have been doing this "to do list" because like you when I don't write it down, I either forget it or forget about it, which is not a good thing.
So, keep it up ! :-)
You have a good day !

Yes, if I can’t finish it I just move it to the next day ./@‘e things I have to do daily and others can always wait to be done the next day. Some times I skill around depending on wha to have written down.
