Are you OK with pizza for kids?

We all know that pizza is not the healthiest food in the world (but we eat it anyway, haha) ... But we are adults, so we know that in the future (near or far) this will bring us consequences.
So... What about children? Should pizza for them be something to be avoided
or would this be a kind of exaggeration?

I think kids have a faster rate of metabolism, they can burn energy faster, have a lot more physical activities, stronger dentures to chew and digest food better, it would be difficult to compare, their nutritional needs to adults or the elderly in my opinion not unless their would be a deeper study.

That's a very good point of view. I haven't thought about it.

Moderation my friend. Don’t give to kids daily. One of my kids eats cauliflower pizza so that’s a bit more healthily. Making it yourself always makes food healthier then not.

I say Hell yeah! I mean Pizza is unhealthy when eating it all the time. But if it's eaten every now and then it is fine by me!

I think it's perfectly fine. If the healthiness of pizza is a concern then it can be made at home with lots of vegetables. There is even cauliflower pizza dough recipes. For me I deal with a picky eater so I would rather them eat something than nothing at all or sweets all day

I would think families like to order pizza once in awhile for all of them to enjoy it and that means their kids too. It is nice on a special occasion.

I think it is wise to give them pizza and other junk food on occasion. If appropriate tell them why it's only once in awhile. Tell them how to make smarter choices. But if you ban it all together then you could drive them to unhealthy habits as an adult

Kids can't avoid pizza specially when they see their parents having pizza anyway.
It's a monkey see monkey do thing.
It's just like wanting our kids to eat more veggies but the parents are meat eaters or wings lover.
It's still the parents who should set good examples for their child or children to follow and pass on when they become parents themselves.
