Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner?

All these meals are obviously very important for the maintenance of our health, but what would be your favorite (if you had to choose only one)? I would choose dinner, because it is the time of day when I feel the most hunger.

@WiseGhots really why? I just love breakfast food so it’s almaot good at any time of the day. I enjoy dinner because then you can get dessert later.

I think dinner is up there but breakfast for me. If I do not get a good breakfast the world will pay.

Dinner most definitely, I don't eat breakfast or lunch. So that's the best meal of the night.

@WiseGhots nope, I like to sleep in and I can't eat for a few hours after I get up. So I just wait till dinner.

Yes . I like all meals - I love food . I will say dinner is my favorite too . . . not because I am most hungry then, but because I like dinner menus the best!
