Sparkling Water

Today we bought a couple of sparkling waters. I don’t really like water so the sparkling helps. I’m trying to drop off how much soda I’m drinking.
I’ve already started to eat yogurt more when I want something sweet so I’m not eating a lot go sweets.
Do you prefer flavored water or just plain water? I know cold water is the best of your trying to lose weight.
I’m drinking Cherry Limade!! Yum yum!

I don’t care for just plain water I can drink if I have to but prefer some flavor to it.

I like sparkling water and flavored water. Check the label as the flavored waters can contain sugar!

The sugar doesn’t bother me if it has any. It is zero calories so that’s good. These are the ones my husband’s dad and step mom get so the sugar level is probably low.
