I have been wanting to make this for a long time, since it will be in one of my books I MUST try it myself, how can I tell anyone else what to do if I have not tried?
I will make cheese tonight. just plain salted cheese.
I will let you know of it turns out good or bad.
Have you ever made cheese?

I think it is more Ricotta at this point. I need to season it more next time and make a spread.

@andriaperry It seems complicated and I'm not someone with goats or whatever who has a huge source of milk on hand.

The homestead! I am writing about what I know, lol. The recipe I used has been around forever and its a soft spreadable cheese, more like ricotta right now, I needed to drain it more.

No never do any of that because I don't have the complete equipment to use for making a cheese.
