Everytime I'm worried or stress ,
I listen to my favorite music....
I can say , I can't live without listening to music everyday...
I have many favorite genres..
Depends on the mood...
When I feel like dancing, I listen to KPOP,POP or RNB...
When I feel like a rock star, I listen to Alternantive , rock, screamo bands..
When I feel in love, I listen to Ballads and love songs...
And when I need an inspiration I want to listen to my favorite Christian Bands (HILLSONG)....
I feel relax, relieved and spiritually heal when I listen to this kind of music...
Music is my first love...

Good that you have music to go to for that. Music does the same thing for me. But I do not have anymore favorites at this time, maybe if I will pick songs myself, I will choose nature sounds or piano instrumentals when I am tired or need to sleep. Otherwise, I use Spotify as a one-stop shop for all music new and everything else. And it has also curated playlist for different genre and even new playlist created for you every week.

I have eclectic taste in music too. But whenever I'm stressed or anxiety hits me, I listen to Ancient Chinese instrumentals.

I used to do the same, listening to music all the times even before sleeping in bed. music takes me in another world, it heals people and brings joy.

very good, in my opinion when we stress it would be good to listen to music that is comfortable to hear, relaxing music or slow music so that the mind is calm and comfortable
