GETTING RID OF ITCHY THROAT!

February 12, 2019 12:04pm CST
Okay! First of all, I know how you feel: like you'd just love to reach down your throat with your razor-sharp nails...and scratch like there's no tomorrow! Uh... Don't! You'd most likely make it worse (introducing new bacteria in there and all). So what in the world should you do?! Ginger! Yup! Good ol' ginger can do the trick (combined with other stuff, sometimes) and by "other stuff", I mean vinegar or lemon juice or garlic. First, ginger and garlic possess anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties. While lemon juice possess anti-bacterial properties, it also helps with cough and sore throat which might be the cause of the itchiness in the first place. So do this: Combine one part ginger, one part garlic, and one part apple cider vinegar or lemon juice. Mix very well. Take one tablespoon 3 times daily or 4 times if you mix with hot green tea. You should see amazing differences in about 2-3 hours of the first administration. Thank me later ??
