When I was a kid, my mom used to tell me,
"You must eat fruits and vegetables everyday to be healthy."
But now, as I aged I realized that not all fruits and veggies are good for my me.
I can't eat mongo and other beans for they will worsen my arthritis. I can't eat durian for it will worsen my hypertension. I can't eat lansones for my legs and feet will be in pain due to high in uric acid.
Even people with diabetes can't eat too much sweet fruits like apples, mangoes, oranges and more others.
How about you?

They are so good with young people and adults with no health issues; yes, I also try to avoid some of them especially those high in uric acid.
