Thanks to the power of social media sites, Will Miller who is a police officer with the Slidell (La.) Police Department had his picture taken by someone at a school grounds in Slidell on Wednesday shielding a young male student with his umbrella during a thunderstorm. The name of the student was not released. What is very interesting is that the image of the officer's great deed was played on Facebook which gained a lot of good public relations with the people of the town which is located in the North Shore section of Louisiana.
