When I first ate pringles as a child I fell in love with it. These things had to be imported or brought by someone abroad. My uncle brought us an whole lot of gifts and there were pringles too.
Later as I grew up I didn't care too much for it and it costed way too much. Just the other day my son opened up a pack and was enjoying it.
Here is a small tidbit about pringles. Fredric Baur invented the Pringles can. He passed away in 2008 and his ashes were buried in one.

@WorDazza The ingredient seem quite harmless at the face of it, but the fact that it melts in your mouth and doesn't require any chewing action makes us all stuffed it says. Hmmm.. got to think about that some more. Puddings and jellies, ice creams and custards could do that too..

@MarshaMusselman The problem with Pringles is the quantity, I know that any starchy food contain acrylamide but not in this VERY high quantity.

I looked it up and any carb item like potatoes that is fried, cooked or baked during normal cooking temps can contain this item. Somehow it forms during the heating process. I don't think it's added to the foods, though.
Another reason the steer clear of many carbs especially those with little to no food value.

The Pringles were the classier chips , but now I see it is common in small towns like mine too.
I generally keep away because of the salt content

@responsiveme Yeah , they are not the normal fried chips locally made. I avoid them for various reasons, cost is one, but there is absolutely no nutritional values to any of these foods.

Are you joking or is there really such a flavor? I know we don't sell that one although we do have seaweed snacks.

I liked them when I was younger. They are not a good food for me though. I once bought a can of the pizza flavor that I guess was stale. Talk about tasting awful. That may have been when I gave up on them.

@LovingMyBabies If you can enjoy it and stop eating after you have eaten the amount you thought you would initially, you can really enjoy them. I have to avoid them like plague.

I love pringles, but I don't allow myself to have them very often as I'm trying to stay away from carbs as best I can. I'm not saying I'm doing that great, but I have been doing well staying away from chips until I bought some new ones someone recommended and now I'm having trouble not eating the whole bag.
These are made similar to a tortilla chip and a pita chip where they have a bit of air in between each chip, or at least that's what it seems like. I took a picture which I will edit and upload from my smartphone in a few minutes. They are new, so you've probably not ever seen them before.

@sofssu I had some yesterday around supper and did better not eating at night. I was surprised and happy that I lost two pounds. I ate all my goodies in the day rather than later at night.
Now the truck is to do it again and not gain it back tomorrow.

@sofssu I know, I would have never thought but then again I love Mickey and my son had a tattoo of Mickey done on his back calf for me. When he passed we cremated him and I buried part of his ashes in a metal Mickey watch box and buried it with his brother.
