I might be losing grip on faith after stumbling over this masterpiece by Robert Wright. I Am halfway into the book. If I don't lose faith completely, then I must be coming up with a synergy that will withstand any storm on faith.
You might want to avoid this book if you are a believer!!

According to Jesus, if one's faith is built on solid rock then it can withstand any storm but if it is built on sand then it doesn't have a chance.

@1hopefulman Robert Wright knows that part of the scripture well and beyond. Grab the book, freeze your faith for a while and read the book without bias. Go back to your faith and look at it again. Thank you

We can't take one thought or one idea and make it our whole life. That's a religion. And we don't make religion out of everything that's popular in our culture. In the 1930s--40s, science became god. There is this thing called 'proof' in Science.
Meanwhile, the word evolution is a science term. Robert Wright's book, 'The Evolution of God' means that there's a biological sequence of events involved in the evolutionary development of a species or taxonomic group of living organisms, according to the author, God is the evolved 'species' in hte minds og humans they compartamentalize in their religion.
I don't think, God is created or has evolved in the minds of all His creation. He just happens, as He is. If there is such thing as evolution of God in the minds of humans, then, who is the Creator of these humans who have formed their belief in their Creator and Giver of life in their form of religion?
