2019 Health Journey -- Day 47 (February 16th)

Saturday has flown by....and here are my stats for the day. I didn't have my first meal of the day till almost 2:30 in the afternoon....but that is okay. FBS: 147 (I guessed that it would be in the 160's) Meal 1: tuna, mayo, reduced sugar ketchup, shredded cheese Also had some deli turkey BS: 80 Meal 2: 4 oz liver breaded with grated parmesan cheese Snack/dessert: Peanut butter/butter mixture BS:113....not sure why it spiked. Macros: Calories: 1,245 Protein: 88 Fat: 94 Carbs: 12 Fiber: 2 Net Carbs: 10 Kept my carbs much lower today.....but my protein was a bit higher than I usually like it to be. How did you all do today? Anything good on the menu? Did you work out?

Hummus and naan bread before work, some chicken nuggets at work. honey mustard chicken sandwich, with garlic hummus.

You did well. Maybe it was the breading on the liver. Yesterday I had spaghetti with meat sauce. I use spaghetti squash.

@MommyOfEli2013 After finding spaghetti squash, I will never go back to pasta noodles again. It's much better and healthier and can be used for every pasta recipe around.

I am not a nutritionist....and I follow a low carb diet is all. I try to follow Keto, but don't always stick to it.
