National emergency?

The wall needs a national emergency in the usa? I could see homelessness, a natural disaster such as tornado or earthquake .. but a border wall. What a joke.. Today is presidents day here in the usa. We should have canceled it, as we dont seem to have a president anymore here.

@kayshope I hope it will. That Money should be used for something. It would be better health system or education.
