Am I okay?

Yes, at last the operation was successful and yet it’s painful. I had my operation last Friday and it was successful. I am now into healing and for recovery.
My Doctor said the healing and the recovery process will take 2 to 3 months and there is no other way but to sit the whole time in a wheelchair. Thinking about it adds to my frustration.
But I need to be optimistic and be positive about it in order for me to quickly recover from this.
Please, still include me in your prayers.

Oh! I am so sorry!
Are you at home? or do they have you in a rehabilitation facility?

That is a long recovery time, but hopefully you will see improvements thru these 60 to 90 days and that will allow you to keep your chin up and stay positive.
I hope that you have time to spend on the site here, that should keep you positive.
Feel better today.

I'm so sorry you can't get up and at least use crutches or a "knee walker". But (in best "mom" voice), mind the doctor and you'll recover and hopefully never have to go through this again!

You are in y prayers and I am se4ning an angel to help you. I know it seems like a long time but you can do it. I broke both of my ankles at the same time and had the operated on. I was in a wheelchair close to 6 months. Just find things that you can do sitting down. Like, for example, writing here more.

I was not so active here since January. I somehow thought of you and visited your profile. I was getting a little concerned as I had not come across any of your interaction.
Wishing you a speedy recovery. Stay strong!! Prayers for you.

I hope you recover as well as the doctor expects. Sitting around all the time in a wheelchair would be frustrating for sure but I am glad you were able to have the surgery. The skin on your feet looks so dry is that from not being able to drink much because of your kidneys?
