Right here. I’m having a good day today. I also have arthritis so when I hurt I really hurt.

@BridgetThompson -- I love meditation. I wish more people would utilize it (but, of course, it's free and doesn't have the side effects that things like Lyrica have). Meditating on the Psalms has helped my pain, my depression, and my anxiety.

Me too! Early onset. I was in my early 20's when diagnosed. I do not take the lyrica. WAY to addicting. brain zaps if i ran out. I cope with meditation and mild exercise.

Pain and tender points
Extreme Fatigue
Sleep problems
Concentration and memory problems, known as "fibro fog"
Anxiety or depression
Morning stiffness
Numbness, and tingling in hands, arms, feet, and legs
Headaches
Irritable bowel syndrome
Problems with peeing
Painful menstrual cramps
There are so many more but here are a few
