Over or Under?

I can't stand an empty toilet paper roll but it irks me when people load a new roll with it going towards the back of the holder For me it makes it harder to get the paper when you really 'need' it. I prefer to have the roll coming off the front but not everyone agrees hat that's the best way to do it.
What's you preference (if you even have one)?

i like over.it just seems like if it goes the other way it tends to unspool by accident.
either that,or i got idiots in my house.

Believe me I know what you're talking about. 
I set the paper roll just as it is shown in the picture. That is believed or not the 'correct' way.
