What a strange animal

Freya, my furry best friend is one of the strangest cats I've ever met. She's the only cat I've seen use a pillow like a human, she rests her head on the pillow to go to sleep. That's not what makes her really strange, its the fact she knows when I want to take a photo of her, she's camera shy and will find any way to get out of taking a photo. If she knows she's being photographed, especially with the computer's webcam, she'll actually give a the camera a dirty look. The photo I have here is from sneaking up on her sleeping. Talking about being a diva, if she comes to the bedroom to tell me she’s hungry and she knows the hubby’s home, she demands to be carried to bowl. But if she finds out he’s at work, she’ll walk to the bowl. As I'm typing this she's in the doorway looking at me, well aware I'm writing about her. It's good that she can't read, . She wouldn't want me to tell you all her special kitty secrets. Anyone else have a pet with strange quirks?

No animals here.. Well unless you count the neighbors cats. It sounds like your kitty has your hubby wrapped around her little paws. Spoiled rotten little thing! A friends cat has taken to going to the bathroom with her when she gets off of work at night. He slips in before she can shut the door and demands to be petted. The same cat loves to be held like a baby but only if you are standing up. The minute you sit down he doesn't want to have anything to do with it. I've had pets in the past but I can't think of any quirky cats.

I think it's me she has wrapped around her little kitty paw, she knows that if she bothers me when I'm sleeping that I will feed her and that I'll carry her.

I can relate to you. My Danie, a bichon frise, acts like a real baby. She cries when we leave here and she would cry for joy when we arrive home. In fact, she wanted to be carried the moment she sees me home. She won't stop crying until you carry her and assure her that you won't leave her anymore. She sleeps in our bed too and she would lay her head on our head pillow as well.

@polyxena Yeah I know cats don't make much of a noise as dogs do. I had a Persian cat. He was stolen though.

She's adorable, Freya isn't very vocal as far as cats go, the only time she cries is if she finds a hair tie, spider or anything she thinks is a prey item on the floor and nobody sees her find it.

I've attempted many times to capture photos which include my great grandmother's cat named Tom. The cat is intriguing. Amazing the way cats adapt to humans.

@polyxena Sophie after she finished her food she not only wants my food but hunts for anything to eat including her sand and stuff on the floor. I have to clean the floor to get her away from stuff. I do not know if this is weird but she likes to get in her little box and go around in circles.
