He claims he loves to play baseball. I guess for 300 million i would as well. Why in the world do they pay these players so much. Then they raise tickets prices from 22.00 to 34.00 ..really makes fans happy. is anyone really worth that kind of money? mayb if they brough us a championship. But i bet the sd padres dont even make the palyoffs with this 300 million dollar player.

most do, but teams like sd struggle as they dont ever make playoffs..

I love baseball but the salaries are outrageous and have no sympathy for players whining about not getting enough money.
