If i gave you a pound of hamburger what would you fix ?

While i love tacos, burgers and meatloaf like everyone else whos commented .. I'd probably make lasagna.

i used to do that with all my meats. separate and wrap carefully because there was only 2 for a while then hubby passed and just myself most days. now i no longer can cook nor do any of that so it is up to daughter but for some reason she can't seem to learn how to be thrifty a lot goes to waste i think

Maybe meatloaf..but it really kind of depends on what I was in the mood for, so many things you can do with hamburger.

I would make spaghetti or chili. Or maybe meatballs. Or hamburger patties. The list is endless!

I usually buy 5-6 pounds of it and make either meatballs for the freezer which I did a couple of days ago, hamburger patties, or meatloaves. Sometimes I pat them into small baggies to use for tacos, salads, etc. The small bags go into a larger freezer bag, so they won't get freezer burn.

I would probably make sweet and sour meatballs.

If you gave me a pound of hamburg, Nana, I'd use it to make American Chop Suey. I couldn't go wrong with American Chop Suey. Yum!

I would either make tacos, sloppy joes, chili, or spaghetti sauce.

The first thing that I thought of was chili but then I saw AmberLynn's list and everything she mentioned... were things I have made in the past... but chili and garlic bread was our favorite!!

@Nana49 Actually if it were a kilo and kosher I could accept. I could have meatballs or hamburgers. I would say thank you and that is a very nice thing to do.

someone mentioned meatballs before, and I am craving for it. As it is, I have something similar on the stove (marinara ). That should do it for the time being.

To be honest i seldom eat hamburgers. But whenever i crave for it i just buy from a fastfood. But buying it by the pounds, no..

These days it is mostly tacos, but I also make a beanless chili, sometimes a meatloaf. I used to make a cheesy bbq casserole with it, but not these days

Hmmm....a pound of hamburger. The way I calculate, that would equal one hamburger for me! lol

Cook it scramble it in a skillet, drain off the fat, add brown gravy, a can of mushrooms, serve as an open face snadwich.

I would probably make meatloaf or meatballs.

Use it for stuff like spaghetti.

I will be making shepherd pie using that meat.

Meat loaf, meat balls, hamburgers, chili...I could go on and on.
