If i gave you a pound of hamburger what would you fix. ? When i buy hamburger i usualy pat it out in how ever many patties it will make wrap them in saran wrap then aluminium foil and put in my freezer so if i want to make something with Hamburger i always have it handy ..

@Courtlynn i guess i could make enough for just me but it seems like there is so.many steps To making it and it takes me longer to make Its always worth it when im.done but id have to be really craving it .to make just for me ..

Homemade lasagna is a wonderful idea and much better then the store bought.. I dont make it often. Since its just me .. I actually like it better then spaghetti..

i used to do that with all my meats. separate and wrap carefully because there was only 2 for a while then hubby passed and just myself most days. now i no longer can cook nor do any of that so it is up to daughter but for some reason she can't seem to learn how to be thrifty a lot goes to waste i think

Maybe meatloaf..but it really kind of depends on what I was in the mood for, so many things you can do with hamburger.

I usually buy 5-6 pounds of it and make either meatballs for the freezer which I did a couple of days ago, hamburger patties, or meatloaves. Sometimes I pat them into small baggies to use for tacos, salads, etc. The small bags go into a larger freezer bag, so they won't get freezer burn.

Hamburgers Hamburger Steak Meatloaf Goulash Spaghetti Hamburger Cheese Dip Browned For Pizza Toppings Stuffed Shells (If I don't have or want Sausage Tacos Mostly though, I use it for spaghetti.

The first thing that I thought of was chili but then I saw AmberLynn's list and everything she mentioned... were things I have made in the past... but chili and garlic bread was our favorite!!

someone mentioned meatballs before, and I am craving for it. As it is, I have something similar on the stove (marinara ). That should do it for the time being.

@fluffy69 i. Mainly dont like onions .but i will put them in my fried potatoes wirh mushrooms Because they fry down and give the potatoes a great flavor.. I dont like the cruncy of an onion There good to make potato soup as well just not on my burger lol .. My family use to grow onions

Cook it scramble it in a skillet, drain off the fat, add brown gravy, a can of mushrooms, serve as an open face snadwich.
