A clock on the wall.

Having a clock on the wall, was a very common habit in past decades (and it's pretty popular here nowadays). But with the creation of wristwatches and other advances in time-related technology, those nice clocks on the walls lost their space.
However some people still keep this habit in their homes... Would you be one of them?

Yes, but the clock hangs for decorative reasons.

@WiseGhots No, it is not. It is a wood clock like a cut section from a tree and polished.

We don't have wall clocks anymore. In one of the other houses we had one in the kitchen, but now we only use our wristwatches and our phones.

@WiseGhots Yes, I think it is easier to do it that way. When we still had a wall clock we often forgot to change the batteries, and it is easier to use my wristwatch or my phone.

Yes, I do have a couple of wall clocks, but they both need batteries. I don't look at them for obvious reasons..lol.

We've got a wall clock in the living room. It stops more often than not, and it is a pain taking it down and winding it every now and then!

@WiseGhots It's at our house up north. We bought in when we were in the Black Forest in Germany, so it's very special to us.

In my house there was one in the living room, then it stopped working. But I indeed remember they were huge back in time.

I do not agree with you this time. Perhaps there are also those who do not have a wall clock, but I think there are more of us that we have.
I have in the kitchen
