Is it the sun or the moon?

After my early morning walk at the ovals, as usual, I passed by the seaside to catch the sunrise. An added bonus was the moon right above me when I looked up and I took a shot of it.
Actually, the attached photo is that of the sun and I was amazed upon seeing it on my camera as it looked like the moon. It's the first time I've taken shot of the sun looking like the moon.

@brokenbee No - you had a great shot too and to think you captured it with a phone camera 
Here's another one for flying creatures hehehe! But I guess they would melt with this because it's not the moon but the sun hehehe!

Your name really is descriptive of your fascination about the sun. You really got a lot of pictures about it and I am starting to appreciate everyone that you present in here. I have in here a photo from my recent outing last week. Sorry if the photo is sideways

@sunrisefan I never seem to perfect uploading a picture here in Mylot. I wonder why almost all of the photos show sideways and there's no way you can rotate them up. Although mine is sunset not sunrise. haha

You got a good shot; only that it is sideways as you said hehehe! I'm really a lover of the sunrise and, in fact, I have hundreds (and maybe thousands) of sunrise shots but still I never get bored taking shots of it.

@rsa101 Could it probably be the file size? However, if the file is big, it won't be uploaded; therefore, your file size must be enough because you were able to upload it. Did you upload it from your phone? I use my laptop to upload photos.

It is something to see the sun when it is usually so bright. The moon on the other hand can be very bright. Nice shot!

Why is that so sun looks like moon? This is so far my first time to experience sun looking like moon.That shot is truly incredible for having captured the two magnificent creations of God that light the world without end.
