I really feel like I have a "internet addiction". I love the internet. Doing research, surveys, listening to music, games, writing, Mylotting, trivia questions and answering emails. Every day I spend between six and ten hours online. Maybe not all at one setting but through the day. I am house bound and have social anxiety so being able to go online is great for me.
Do you feel addicted? Are you online alot?

I think that a break now and then is a good thing.

Here lately I have been "online" in different ways.
I've not been on the earning sites as much as I should and could be. I've been consuming television or playing a game where I build things. Otherwise I read.
Several of us here have differing levels of social anxiety. I don't like to say that I have social anxiety because I know so many other have it worse than I do. I can cope with being outside and around people, but I know some people who aren't able to do that. I'm glad sites like this are available. I like that mylot has a big sense of community.

@ScribbledAdNauseum .......Mine begins with the stomach ache and goes forward. I am glad I have meds . Home is always best in my thinking.

@celticeagle I can only stand so much loudness. I don't get anxious per se, but it does make my stomach hurt when I have to deal with too much loud music or too much loud talking. I don't do the best in crowds unless I am with certain people. I go between being the who stands back to being the one who instigates niceties, depending on who I am with and where we are.
Still, I prefer the quietness and solitude of home.

I sure know the feeling . . . there is no shortage of finding things to do online! I've had my share of losing the time to have my online fun but these days I'm truly trying to find balance. I've got a lot to do offline these days . . . but you just know I'm going to come back .

There is nothing for me to do in the community that I live in. Except shopping. Nothing. Plus in the winter I have trouble driving anywhere. So if I want to be social, well, here I am. And that crazy Swagbucks pays just enough to keep me going back for a few more pennies and on and on.

There is so much to offer but it can be bad if you get to a point where you are addicted.

My life is online. I am alone and always trying to make a passive income online so there is never a day I am not online; But I really enjoy writing.

I am one a fair amount of time. Once I retire I might be even more as I hope to write more articles by then. I also might get out and about to visit with people. I tends to be a home body, though, so getting out it's more of a push but worth it too.

At times I am spending quite a bit of time on the internet. You make a good point about the number of things one does on the internet. It is not just My Lot. E-mails, paying bills, researching topics etcetera can take up many hours of your day.

I am similar, but never thought to call it an addiction. I am just doing whatever I can online to earn some extra money
