Where can I find some good keyword analysis tools?

I do a lot of pay-per-click advertising online. There are a few keyword analysis tools that I use and like. I'm wondering if anyone has some other recommendations for good keyword analysis tools. Thanks!

Try http://inventory.overture.com This is an oldie but a goodie that's updated monthly and provides very good lists of keyword variations.
