I Can Paracord. . . (a little)

Paracord Bracelets

There is a certain skill ive been messing around with and showing some improvement in. Ive always know how to make a couple of simple knots and weaves but I never really took it serious. The skill is using paracord string to make things like bracelets for example. Lately ive been looking around on youtube and getting ideas on types of projects I can try and improve upon my amateur skill. So far ive only made a couple of bracelets with the cobra weave/solomans bar technique. I also reminded myself how to make a monkeys fist(its now ingrained into my memory). The celtic button knot is giving me a lot of problems. I just cant seem to remember where exactly the paracord has to pass through, I always seem to pass it through the wrong opening. On the suggestions column to the right of the videos, the paracord whip keeps popping up a lot. Its giving me the urge to try it, but it takes a lot of paracord to make it! The photo is an example of what ive done so far. One is a basic cobra bracelet with plastic skulls woven into it. The other has a white spider on it, its supposed to be "Venom" themed. Now that ive revealed a little bit of myself on here, hows everyone been this week? Photograph- Taken/Owned by me, Plethos

That's really impressive. I wouldn't mind being able to do something like this.

that is interesting. I used to make friendship bracelet when I was younger using yarns and knotting them but I do not know if I can still do in now

my grandmothers knew how to knit with both yarn and string. hmm, maybe this is where i get the genetic weaving gene.

@TiarasOceanView - yeah, but all i can do on the next one is put hex nuts instead of skulls.

the skull one can also be used as a knuckle duster. i dont know how effective it would be, skulls are plastic.

Those are pretty cool bracelets. I never tried using paracord, I can make friendship bracelets, but paracord looks difficult.

its just bigger string. you can also pull out the strands from inside. then make stuff from the strands instead of throwing them away. my mom uses my left over strands to fix her wind chimes.
