Many people have been having these issues for years.
While we have all heard about lifestyle being part of the problem, it can also be hormones.
Some fine melatonin helps.
Look on YouTube for teas that might also help.

I do have trouble sleeping. Have for two years or more now. I've lost track really, lol. Though there are random nights where ill sleep much better than other nights.

@didinedhia He advised me not to look at TV, Phone or computer for 5 hours before bed, and quit drinking coffee.

Yeah there are times that I can't sleep so what I did is just make myself tired by watching movies and or I will drink a glass of milk for me to feel sleepy.
