My daughter had 4 done, I won't tell you of her experience coz it will scare you. My neighbor is doing it as well now, it takes months to get it all completed. Good luck if you decide to have it done.

@amadeo My neighbor had quite a bit of bleeding but he had 4 molars and a wisdom tooth pulled for the process, my daughter only had 4 bottom front teeth so she didn't have much.

@amadeo It is good that it is at the back. Dentistry is so expensive sometimes treatments are just making dentists richer and you poorer! Good luck and I hope you are pain free soon!

That sounds a bit radical but I'm sure they know what they're talking about.

I have not had one and do not want one. I do not like the idea of the screw implant. Happy March Fredo. Though I do have to have a tooth removed, I will not replace it with an implant.

I have not had any but it seems like a good solution to me and more like your own teeth. I don't imagine it is much worse than a root canal and a lot of people do it. They did talk to my husband about it and we may go that way in the future.

I have a very messed up mouth but right now I get by without seeing a dentist. Eventually, I will have to. I have read about implants and do not know if I would want them but apparently, they say they are not as expensive as people think.

I don't have the worlds most perfect teeth I am sure, but I have never had to have any implants, so I cannot offer you my experience with it. Just the thought of it sounds painful to me.

Tony has three. They go in and cut the gum, drill the bone and install posts, sew you up and you wait several months, next they put the teeth on top. Its not an easy operation, Tony was in severe pain. I took him for all of this way back then, since we both used the same dental school.
