Some friends that I have not seen for many years (because they have been living in another country) are coming to spend a week here.
I wasn't expecting it because I haven't seen them for 5 years (almost 6 years, I guess). I really didn't see that coming, haha!
Isn't it great to be able to see old and good friends again?

@WiseGhots My weekend runs normally. Outside is cloudy and a bit cold, so I spend time here.

It is indeed. I’m hoping John will get a hankerin’ to visit the Bluegrass state on his vacation this year, then it’ll be seeing an old friend again for the first time!
