How a Poor man seems near rich persons

It is the reality of life that if a person is poor his all good deeds are looked like bad deeds and a person who is rich his all bad deeds are looks as good deeds

I don't agree with that. Good deeds are done by both the poor and the wealthy and bad deeds are done by both too..
