lots of laundry

I’m doing four loads of laundry today and will be jumping up and down to do it. The photo shows several boats in our backyard. You can’t tell, but they have to slow down their speed right there to lessen their wake. Once they pass signs placed in the water by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, they can speed their fool heads off. I often see police boats sneak out of docks, sirens blaring and lights flashing, just like police cars do to hand out tickets. What’s up with you today? I’ll be right back. I have to fold the first of the laundry.

I do a load of towels every day. Today I did sheets, too, the towels, nightgowns and pjs, and sportswear. Laundry never ends.

I panic when I don't get it out in time because I do not like wrinkles. I'm finally done. It took hours of precious time and to top it all off, I went crazy looking for a pair of white shorts that I thought I had washed. I found it mixed in with my tee-shirts all folded neatly and put away. I'm slowly losing my mind!

I haven't even thought of breakfast! Too busy keeping an eye on that laundry. It's a time sucker, for sure. Hope Adeline is good all day long for you.

Our police boats have lights and sirens too. When we were on the houseboat there were a number of signs about reducing your speed to stop the wake.

I'm sure the houseboat pilot obeyed those signs. It's entertaining at times to see the idiots get stopped by the police boats.

Yes, the laundry is all done and we went out for a while. Back now! Thank you! We love living here by the water. The Atlantic Ocean is on the other side of those buildings across from us. That's where we go to the beach most of the time.

That must be a sight to see, I say this as a desert rat whose never seen such a thing. The ocean is so blue where you are, I recall when I was 9 on the ship that carried us from Germany back to the states and the ocean I saw was a deep green and not a pretty green either.

The ocean is green. Here it’s turquoise. At times ours looks navy or gray.

That must be interesting to watch. Do boat owners have their licenses revoked after so many episodes like car owners? I hope you had fun doing laundry.

I would think they'd have their licenses revoked eventually. They can be a danger to themselves, others, and all the sea creatures. Laundry is just such a fun thing to do!!!

@DianneN We are in total agreement over laundry.

The best part of doing laundry for me, is spending time with my son and grandson.

I hope they do get their licenses revoked if they have that many episodes on their record.

Working on the phone, and I need to finish the dogs house today. Yes I know about the fish and game cops, Many times they have checked me, or Tony, while out fishing.

We have police patrolling Lake Huron too, during the busy tourist seasons. I have seen boats stopped out in the Bay, for some rule they've broken.

Today I was debating about watering my succulents or not. But according to the experts, when in doubt, wait another day. So I checked my planner and saw that the last time I watered them was more than two weeks ago. So I made up my mind to water them tomorrow. They say it's better to dry out a succulent than overwater it.

I have been doing a couple loads of laundry as well today. =) Of course also Home Schooling my children, doing devotions, Mylotting a little bit and enjoying my kiddo's. I hope your day has been great!!
