Yellow Grits!!! / myLot

Yesterday the Church served Yellow Grits for Breakfast!!! They said it was yellow because of the corn and that they are bleached!! But just read the hominy are naturally white made with white corn!! Going to look for this in the store!! Never seen them at the store!!! Where can U buy yellow grits??!! Has anyone eaten yellow grits??!!!

We have yellow cornmeal here, we do not make greats, but polenta.

@db20747 No, polenta is a lot firmer than grits. Polenta is boiled cornmeal served hot usually with stews. You can let it cool, cut in slices and fry.
