Ash Wednesday is a day we commemorate the pains we inflict on our God due to our sins. We remember that we are flesh and we are bound to fall. We remember that we are all going to die someday and that we must continually make reparations for our sins. As Christians, it marks the beginning of our preparations to mourn the death of our Lord and to celebrate his resurrection. marks the beginning of our forty days fasting in preparation for Easter. Will you be receiving ash on the 6th of this month?
