What are you having for lunch today ?

Its lunch time So it lunch time getting ready to fix my lunch ..im having a buffalo veggie chicken sandwich along with sweet potato and cauliflower veggie tots .. I tried them last night and wanted more there delicious yum .. Are you having anything good for lunch ?

I haven't noticed them in the grocery store, but I definitely want to try them. Not sure what I'm having for lunch yet. My husband's waiting at the hospital for our pastor who's having major cancer surgery today. Please say a prayer for him, thanks.

I had some jackfruit cooked with ginger and coconut cream and vinegar and also rice and fried fish fillet.

I am not a fan of sweet potatoes so I am not sure I would like these. I have seen them at the store though and have been debating on trying them. For lunch I had my usual a homemade smoothie.

It does sound really good ..i haven't had a good salad in awhile .. I drown mine with ranch dressing and lots of croutons and even sunflower seeds yum :)

I don't eat lunch usually. I haven't had that variety but I have had the broccoli and cheese which are good. I'll have to try those though as they look delicious.

@Nana49 I love sweet potato and I love cauliflower, I never thought of them as a match, but I'm glad you like them. I just have to figure out what I would make with them. Maybe I could fix them with some chicken one day.

I love tater tots and those have caught my attention. Definitely going to have to look for them. Nothing exciting for lunch today....probably just a bowl of soup.

I usually don't have lunch, but have a hearty breakfast and try to get a light dinner. I've wondered about cauliflower food. Ever since I saw Opra's pizza commercial with cauliflower pizza I was wondering about the taste of cauliflower food. This evening I'm having chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and definitely chopped cabbage.

Sounds very interesting....I wouldn't like that but awesome that you do :) I don't know that I had lunch, but I had fish for my second meal of the day
