How accurate do you think the media portrays the war on Iraq?

There's a lot of controversy as to the level of accuracy on activities in Iraq that are portrayed by the media. After speaking with a First Lieutenant today, I was told that on a scale he would place the media's accuracy at around 60%.
That leaves only one question: How accurate do YOU think the media is? Are they responsible for libel and/or slander?

I think the media reports whatever is most shocking. They leave out important details about the war on a daily basis. How often do you see a report about all the good things our people are doing over there? You always hear about how many soldiers are killed but not often about the lives that are saved. The media makes it sound like all these soldiers were drafted when actually many of them are anxious to go fight for our freedom. I personally know of some who have asked to go back for a second tour. I think Fox news gives the most accurate detail of the war. CNN on the other hand should be writing stories for Mother Goose.
