My Health Journey (Day 3&4- 05/03/19 and 06/03/19)

It's been a good couple of days. I went for a run yesterday then it was pancake day so I cooked pancakes for all the girls I work with. I had a nutella pancake for breakfast.
Then I had salmon and couscous for lunch which one of the girls at the hostel made for me. I went back to the vegetarian buffet for dinner, as pictured! Not sure 100% what I had for the main meal, but as always I went mad in the buffet salad with the cucumber, olives and hummus. I love kimchi so I always have that. They also had peppers in some sauce, a different buckwheat meat alternative which was much nicer than last time. I think it was a chickpea/veggie casserole of some kind which I had with mashed potato. Yum!
I had a waffle snack thing in the evening with a beer and had a nice evening with my friends.
Today, I woke up quite late and had a nice brunch of soup, bread and cheese. I need to stop adding cheese to everything but I still have some leftover from Amsterdam and it's sooo good.
For dinner, I had rice with beans and veggies in a tomatoey sauce which was nice. Then, I had a couple of squares of chocolate this evening at movie night at the hostel.
Hope you all had a good day! What's your one food that is your weakness? Mine is either cheese or chocolate.

It's a toss up... one day it's cheese and the next, I want chocolate!

I enjoy both cheese and dark (very dark chocolate) my weakness, though, is sugar.
