Where Do You Draw The Line for Your Earnings?

Recently, while doing freelance writing services for clients who approached me, I was asked to chat with him for some good money. Disclaimer: It's NOT a sugar daddy/ baby deal. He would talk to me about politics, history, the latest news, scientists and anything else that pops up to mind. Later on though, he started going past my comfort zone, starting to ask about questionable things.
I quit soon after because he kept persisting, and never contacted him again.
What would you do for money?

This is dangerous territory. I wish to do real online work like data entry.

I agree as much! That experience made me realize that even though the money is good, I am not the one for it. Back to freelance writing it is!

It depends on the topic. If I am no longer comfortable with it, I will just quit it.

I can understand why you would put a limit on it and not continue with him. He crossed the line and that is just wrong.

I would not appreciate anyone being nosy and crossing my comfort zone. I would quit. I don't mind getting money to answer and talk about general topics like politics, history etc.

Welome to Mylot, I think personal things should not be insisted on, if someone is not comfortable to talk about them, the other person should respect his right.
