End the Stigma?

I'm sure at one point or another most if not all of you have heard the saying "end the Stigma" when it comes to mental health and reaching out.
I've noticed when it's a popular day or a mental health day people will say to reach out, speak out etc but other than that a lot of times it is used an insult or looked down on.
If anxiety affects someone not being able to work suddenly they're lazy, same with depression.
If someone does something that you don't agree with they're crazy, there's something wrong mentally.
I think it's important to fully end the Stigma. Understand people's struggles, understand that there could be something they're struggling with, but stop dismissing things you don't agree with or anything as crazy, as needing help.
As someone who does struggle with depression and anxiety I find it offensive to try to write people off as having mental issues because of you not agreeing with something.
I hope everyone works on fully ending the Stigma and stop using mental health as a joke, insult, or a default

Love should cover all and more of that needs to be shown. This world would be a happier place if that happened.

I think the stigma against mental illness will always be around.
But on the bright side, the stigma isn't as bad as it used to be in my home nation, the U.S.
