It really depends on each individual. There are some guys that are really romantic and there are some women that aren't at all. And vice versa.

it deppends from a man to anothr and from a woman to another...i think man are more romantic and sesible but they dont show it

i guess it depends on individual. i feel that my bf is more romantic at times. i'm not so as sometimes i might felt it's kinda mushy and stuff..but he's a very romantic guy :0)
