A good nights' sleep!

Isn't it great when we have a really good nights' sleep! We wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead - raring to go and nothing will stop us! On the other hand a bad nights' sleep can make us tired, grumpy, lazy and not willing to do to much at all.
Is your sleep more often good or bad?

@Nana49 I have had prostate cancer (I'm fine now) and that made me get up frequently through the night. I still wake up but now it's nothing to do with going to the bathroom.

It depends on when I get to bed and how many hours of sleep I get. Sometimes I wake up in the wee hours and cannot get back to sleep.

I had a good night's sleep once and it was really good but most of the time I do not sleep good and have tried so many things and nothing worked.
